FAQ Q366: How to remove standard form items (such as phone number) from the reservation form?

Unlike custom form items added by you, the standard form items (personal details such as address, mobile number, phone number, and user notes) cannot be completely deleted. You can however hide them so that they're not visible to your customers on the reservation form.

Go to the reservation form layout and next to the form item you want to remove, click on the link "[Hide]". This will hide / remove the item from the form. Note that the site admins will still be able to fill out these details manually if they wish.

Before hiding a form item, make sure it's not a required (obligatory) form item. Required items have a star next to them and when you click on the blue button for the item make sure the "required field" checkbox is unselected.
